Important Instructions
Admit Card and Exam Slot Booking
- The admit card is issued by Odisha State Open University (OSOU).
- After the admit card is issued, the Academy sends the admit card (PDF) on WhatsApp to all eligible students, along with a message to book the exam slot.
- To book the slot, the student must open the Exam Slot Booking page and enter the Learner Code.
- The student can select any one date from the 3 available days and one time slot between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM. The duration of the exam is one hour.
- The exam centre is also selected by the student at the time of slot booking.
Exam Day Instructions
- The student must appear at the selected exam centre on the booked date and time slot.
- The student must report at the exam centre 30 minutes before the selected time slot.
- A photocopy of the admit card must be carried to the exam centre.
- Exam centres: Ama Computer Academy, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar; and Ama Computer Academy, Delang, Puri.
- Exam pattern: 50 marks, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), duration one hour. There is no negative marking. The pass mark is 20.
- The marks secured are displayed to the student immediately after the exam ends.
Score Card
- The score card is published on the OKCL website approximately 10 to 12 days after the final exam.
- The student can download the score card by entering the Learner Code on the score card page.
Certificate
- The certificate (soft copy, PDF) is available on the OSOU website within 30 to 40 days after the final exam. The student can download it by entering the Learner Code.
- The hard copy certificate is sent by OKCL to the Ama Computer Academy office. After it is received, the student is required to submit the present address through the address page.
- After the address is received, the hard copy certificate is dispatched to the student by Speed Post. This service is free of cost.
