Ama Computer Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an official Network Partner with OKCL, operating under the administrative control of the E & IT Department, Government of Odisha. We provide certified OKCL courses, including OS-CIT, OS-CIT ‘A’, OS-CIT ‘A+’ and OCOC (OKCL Career Oriented Course). All certificates are issued by Odisha State Open University (OSOU), Sambalpur.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of every student who enrolls in our programs.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information required for the purpose of admission, verification, certification, and academic compliance.

Course Fee Payment (Cash / UPI / Net Banking)
(Credit Card payments are not accepted.)
2. How We Use Student Information
Your data is used strictly for:
Admission and verification
OKCL university registration
Batch allocation
Communication and support
Exam-related processes
Certificate generation and dispatch
We do not use your data for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
3. Data Storage and Security
We store data in the following secure environments:
Offline official records
Google Sheets and Google Drive
Our internal secured database
Only the core team of Ama Computer Academy has access to student records. No outsider or third-party agency is permitted to access any student information.
We use Google App Script only for internal data automation, not for sharing or selling data.
4. Data Sharing Policy
We never share student data with:
Any third-party organization
Any marketing agency
Unauthorized individuals
Data may be shared only:
With OKCL / OSOU whenever required for university processing
With government authorities if legally mandated
5. Communication Policy
We contact students only through:
WhatsApp messages
Phone calls
We do not send spam or promotional content.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use:
Third-party trackers
Analytics tools
Facebook Pixel
Ad networks
Your browsing activity is not tracked.
7. No Refund Policy
As per our strict institutional guidelines:
Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a student enrolls, they must complete the course; refund requests will not be accepted.
If a student books a seat but fails to pay the remaining fee before the batch closing date, their admission automatically moves to the next batch, and refund is not applicable.
8. Age Requirements
OS-CIT Courses: Eligible after Class 10
OS-CIT for School Students: Eligible after Class 5
No upper age limit for enrollment

We retain student records as required for:

Academic history
Certification and re-exam support

📘 TERMS & CONDITIONS – AMA COMPUTER ACADEMY
These Terms & Conditions govern all admissions, courses, exams, and learning systems provided by Ama Computer Academy.
1. Courses Offered
We provide the following OKCL certified courses:
OS-CIT
OS-CIT ‘A’
OS-CIT ‘A+’
OCOC (OKCL Career Oriented Course)
All certificates are issued by OSOU (Odisha State Open University).
2. Admission Terms
Students must submit all required documents before admission.
Fees can be paid fully or through installment plans.
Admission cannot be backdated under any condition.
Each batch runs from 1st to 31st of every month (example: December Batch – Dec 1 to Dec 31).
After completing the final exam, class access is removed.
3. Books & Learning Material
OS-CIT books are 100% free for all students.
Students may collect physical books from the office at no extra charge.
For home delivery, only ₹100 packing + speed post charges apply.
4. Online Learning System
Online classes are available 24×7, fully prerecorded.
Available in Odia, English, and Hindi.
No download option; only live streaming is permitted.
Students can watch classes unlimited times until the final exam date.
5. Exams & Certification
University exam centers are located at Bhubaneswar and Puri.
Students must appear as per the schedule on their admit card.
After passing, their certificate is delivered to their home.
6. Re-Exam Rules
If a student is absent or fails, they must:
Pay ₹250 re-exam fee
Receive a new admit card
Reappear for the final exam
This rule is set by OKCL.
7. No Refund Policy
Admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
Seat booking fees are also non-refundable.
If payment is not completed before batch closing, admission moves to next batch; refund is not granted.
8. Code of Conduct
Students must:
Provide accurate documents and information
Attend classes responsibly
Not share login credentials
Not record or redistribute class videos
Follow exam instructions strictly
Violation may lead to suspension.

Misuse of platform may result in account suspension

Only Cash, UPI, and Net Banking allowed
No credit card transactions
No refunds after admission
4. Exam Rules
Appear only at authorized centers
Carry admit card and valid ID
Follow OKCL guidelines strictly
5. Certificate Delivery
Certificate is issued by OSOU
Delivered to student’s home via post
Must provide correct address
